The Delaware Walk to End Alzheimer's is our community's largest gathering of advocates on a mission: to end Alzheimer's and all forms of dementia. This heartwarming and exciting event brings together family, friends, and community from across Delaware and Union Counties to Walk in support of the mission to #ENDALZ. Through raising awareness and funds, we can make this mission a reality! This year's Walk will take place on the streets of Downtown Delaware- starting in front of the Strand Theater.
Event Helpers:
Help make the Walk a special and meaningful experience for participants. Jobs may include: distributing water, distributing pinwheel flowers, assisting with registration, cheering at the finish line, and more. Pick your specific job on Walk Day.
*For the health and safety of our constituents, volunteers acting on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Association at outdoor in-person events must either be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive a negative COVID test within seven days prior to the event.
