About the event: Each season Seminary Hill Farm grows vegetables distributed to food insecure communities through People in Need of Delaware County and Linden Fresh Market. We focus on greens (spinach, lettuce, chard, collards, kales, bok choi and more) and fresh herbs. In 2025, community greens will be concentrated in one area of the south fields.
What will volunteers do? We will be working in the Community Greens field: transplanting, harvesting, cultivating and mulching.
What will volunteers need to bring or wear? Bring a water bottle and work gloves (if you don't have gloves, they will be provided), Wear sturdy shoes, long sleeves, long pants.
