This opportunity supports the Military And Service Heroes Non-profit assistance to veterans by visiting veterans in Delaware County Nursing Homes. The visit will include providing prepared bags of treats, magazines, books, toiletries, etc. and spending some time listening and sharing with the veterans during the 1 hour visit. Bags will be picked up at the M.A.S.H. Pantry at 562 Pennsylvania Ave. (starting 5/1, location will be 540 Sunbury Rd. behind the bowling alley east of the 36/37 merge east of town. Sites to visit are (1) The Arbors on the 3rd Thursday of the month, 3-4pm; (2) Sara Moore on the 2nd Thursday 11:30a-1pm and (3) Willow Brooke Christian Village - 4th Thursday 11:45am-12:45pm. A background investigation is required and would be scheduled by M.A.S.H.
