M.A.S.H. (Military And Service Heroes) is seeking a creative and passionate Volunteer Videographer to capture the stories, impact, and mission of our organization through high-quality video production. This volunteer will help produce engaging content for social media, fundraising campaigns, website features, educational presentations, and community outreach.
Our mission is to serve veterans, active-duty military, military families, and surviving spouses with commitment, compassion, and respect while strengthening the veteran community. Your videos will help inspire volunteers, donors, corporate sponsors, and the community to become part of that mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Film M.A.S.H. events, pantry operations, volunteer activities, and community outreach.
- Capture interviews with veterans, volunteers, donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.

Create compelling short-form videos for:
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts

Produce longer videos for:
- Fundraising campaigns
- Sponsor presentations
- Annual reports
- Community education
- Volunteer recruitment
- Edit footage into polished, emotionally engaging stories.
- Add music, titles, captions, graphics, and branding consistent with M.A.S.H.
- Maintain an organized digital library of footage and completed projects.
- Work with the Marketing and Social Media team to develop a monthly content calendar. Assist with livestreaming special events when needed.
