OUR VISION To provide primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and vision services to Marion, Morrow, and Crawford Counties as well as the surrounding areas in an atmosphere that fosters dignity and respect. What We Do
Center Street Community Health Center offers medical, dental, behavioral health and optical services. We have also recently opened Center Street Market, a health food access point in downtown. Center Street Community Health Center has stood proudly in downtown Marion providing our community with high quality preventative and primary health care to keep our patients and our community healthy. Our focus is to eliminate as many barriers to health care as possible. Whether you are insured, under insured, or non-insured our goal is to make not only healthcare, but high quality healthcare available. We work with patients from all walks of life, and provide sliding fee scales*, prescription discounts through our 340-B program, and help with payment options.
