About the event:
If you enjoy collaborative and creative gardening, consider helping with the Children and Youth Garden at Seminary Hill Farm. The foundation of this team is a 90-foot diameter circular children’s garden and ADA accessible beds are the canvas for children’s activities every Tuesday evening from May-October during the Community Supported Agriculture season. This garden is also home to unity crops which are recommended by the MTSO community.
What will volunteers do?
Work alongside seasoned volunteers caring for the garden. Tasks may include planting, cultivating, harvesting, mulching or building structures.
What will volunteers need to bring or wear?
Please wear sturdy shoes that can get soiled, gloves if you would like them, and a water bottle. Dress for being outdoors.
