Unity Community Center

We are a non-profit organization with a vision to lead the City and County of Delaware in providing services through outreach and advocacy for residents by developing meaningful partnerships and programming through collaborative impact. UCC's core values consist of fostering unity in the community through services, hands-on support, social action and education.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life and positively impact the Delaware County Community by sharing resources and providing intergenerational services across the span of life. We are focused on bringing educational training, health & wellness initiatives and essential resources and services to the community.
